On the one hand, the functionality of Dashboard is built upon that of Old Dashboard, although it gets significantly expanded, and thus, the contents structure and the set of tools are very similar in both interfaces. As with Old Dashboard, Dashboard allows its users to work with payments lists and payment information tabs, perform purchases, issue refunds and payouts, and so on. On the other hand, Dashboard is aimed to be much faster and more convenient to use, hence, some of its components are designed differently. Therefore, when switching from Old Dashboard to Dashboard, it is helpful to know the following about the interface's new features:

  • Time zone selection and search features:

    • In the navigation panel you can select the time zone to be used when filters are applied to data lists. This does not impact the way business days are determined and counted; instead, it allows users to work with data while specifying a time zone convenient for them.
    • Search for data is carried out only if the attributes provided fully match—there is no semantic search. The search panel displays the most frequently requested parameters whose values allow finding required information quickly and efficiently.
  • Monitoring balances:
    • The current state of the company's balances in the Finance section can be viewed in different tabs depending on the balance type.
  • Working with payments lists:
    • Display mode of payments lists can be customised according to the columns' order and contents.
    • To allow users to filter data in lists rapidly and efficiently, the interface contains buttons for filtering payments by type, status, amount, and date.
    • Payouts data is available both in payments lists and in Manual payments section.
  • Performing payments:
    • Display mode of lists can be customised according to the columns' order and contents.
  • Risk management:
    • Two subsections with registers allow users to monitor fraud detected by payment systems and to manage criteria in whitelists and blacklists of the merchant in the Risks section.
    • Criteria can be added to whitelists and blacklists in the payment information tab as well as by using a form and by uploading a file. The template is available for adding criteria with the help of the file.
  • Working with user accounts:
    • Role-based access model is used; it includes a permanent set of the following roles — Support, Operations, Finance, Risks, and Merchant Admin.
    • A new mechanism of granting access rights is used, without the capability of creating additional user roles.
