Its economy and the e-commerce industry are developing rapidly. In 2024 \(according to [Global Payments Report 2024](https://worldpay.globalpaymentsreport.com/)\), the distribution of the electronic payments in Indonesia was as follows:

-   Card payments—17 %.
-   Bank payments—28 %.
-   Digital wallet payments—40 %.
-   Other types of payments—15 %.
